In Endure IQ LDT102 you will learn about the fundamental components of the Long Distance Triathlon training program. Dr. Dan Plews will lead the way in LDT102. As a coach of age group and elite long distance triathletes, a successful age group long distance triathlete himself, and sports scientist, Dr Dan will provide you with the tools you need to successfully train and race long distance triathlons.
Dan will be joined by guest expert, Ed Maunder (Sport and Exercise Science) in Module 2: Training Load, Training Zones and Physiology.

Who should LDT102?
Anyone who wants to improve their knowledge of the Long Distance Triathlon training program! This course would be especially beneficial for age group Ironman triathletes and coaches.
Do I have to complete LDT101 to complete LDT102?
No, LDT101 and LDT102 are completely separate courses.
Do I get lifetime access to the course materials?
No, due to copyright the video learning materials are only available until course access closes (ie 10 weeks after you enroll). However, you do receive a workbook to facilitate your learning and there are practical resources available for select lessons that you can download. We recommend that you take notes throughout the course that you can refer back to once course access has ended.
Do I get lifetime access to the Endure IQ Community on Facebook?
No, due to the time that it takes to upkeep the Facebook page, access to the Facebook group will end upon conclusion of your course. You will however be able to purchase a weekly subscription to extend your access to the course materials and the Community.
What happens after I complete the course?
You will receive a certificate of completion and we’ll direct you to further courses that will continue to advance your knowledge. You will also be able to purchase our weekly subscription if you wish to extend your access to the course materials and Community.
